The Augment Pathway to Procurement Programme
Since 2020 in Australia (winning the 2021 CIPS award for Commitment to People Development) and 2022 in New Zealand, Augment Resources has offered a Pathway to Procurement through our Graduate Programme.
During the 18-month programme, graduates are embedded in the host organisation’s procurement team and complete a fully integrated training programme covering 14 modules, fostering the development of end-to-end procurement skills.
The Pathway to Procurement programme develops specialist talent, providing organisations with future procurement leaders.
If you are in search of an opportunity to enter the world of procurement and contracts in a private sector organisation, the Pathway to Procurement programme provides a fully supported path to join our fast-growing, dynamic profession.
Working on-site as a member of your host’s procurement team, you’ll work on real-world procurements, draft and amend contracts, analyse spend data, validate invoices and, over the course of the programme – ramp up to negotiating larger contracts, or you might even find yourself managing a small-scale IT category!
