Our client was looking to execute a market leading solution to transform connectivity to almost 1,000 locations throughout Australia involving complex contracting relationships with new and existing vendors to reduce costs and improve performance. Augment deployed a Senior Commercial Manager and Business Analyst over a 12 week period to support the banks commercial portfolio lead in negotiating commercial and legal terms with a range of vendors for services including fibre carriage build, ongoing carriage services, data centre hosting, networking equipment and maintenance, finance, engineering services and implementation services. Augment completed all contracts within the project deadlines including brand new master agreements with a number of suppliers and ensuring the expenditure remained within the original business case and would meet the cost benefits.
